Cindy shared the snap of herself and fellow model and friend, Naomi Campbell, in honor of Naomi's birthday, and the whole thing is incredible.

It's clear that Cindy gives it her all, as evidenced by this pretty intense work out she shared. In the circuit, Cindy focused on targeting her abs, doing standing bicycle crunches, low planks, bicycle crunches, oblique crunches and many, many more. Not only will this get your core working, but all that abs work is sure to work up a sweat, as well!

To work on her cardio fitness, she will often go on a run, hit up the stair climbers, do one-leg step-ups with weights, or even some weighted squats, per Women's Health. And if she's not working out with her trainer indoors, Cindy likes to fit in a bit of cardio outside.

Cindy shared her number one wellness hack, caring for her body from the inside out. “Looking good is about eating right, getting enough sleep, and drinking lots of water,” Cindy told CR Fashion Book. “Also, you have to get moving. I work out several times a week, and I hike and ride bikes.”
