If you've been glued to Hulu's new murder-comedy series Only Murders in the Building like I have, then you already know how much Mable, Oliver and Charles stan Cinda Canning's All is Not Okay in Oklahoma podcast. I mean their obsession with true crime is the glue that unintentionally bonded the trio together in the first place.

*Major spoilers from Only Murders in the Building below!*

The investigative podcast stans were tuned in as Cinda, played by Tina Fey, recapped a story of Ray Butler's journey to finding his missing niece, Becky when the Arconia's fire alarm went off forcing them to evacuate their apartments on the night of Tim Kono's murder.

The alarm blared just as Cinda was preparing to share a shocking discovery by Ray's dog, Beaux. Oliver decided to vacate to a local dinner and noticed Charles was listening to All is Not Okay in Oklahoma and asked what Beaux had found. Charles was shocked and told him that Beaux had dug up Becky's underwear as Ray and Cinda searched his property. Mable soon joined Charles and Oliver, and that's how their journey from strangers to podcasts hosts and friends began.

Cinda, a two-time Peabody award-winning podcast host took a few minutes to chat with the trio in episode OMITB episode four, The Sting. The trio came to her office for a business meeting to discuss their growing podcast and a faulty hunch that Sting was the suspect in their murder investigation. While she began telling the aspiring podcast host to take an intro to podcasting course at SUNY Oneonta, she later advised them on a way to get Sting to confess. According to Cinda, she got the mayor to confess to a crime by showing up at his house with a 19-lb turkey. "Embrace the mess that's where the good stuff lives," she told the trio before ending the meeting. They followed her advice and brought a turkey to Sting, who they later discovered had a strong personal vendetta against Tim, but didn't murder him.

In the show's most recent episode entitled, "To Protect & Serve," Cinda gave the novice podcasts host and investigators a shoutout during an appearance on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon. While she made sarcastic jokes about essentially clowning their podcast, she unknowingly led the trio to huge investment and an unsuspecting lead on their suspect.

Teddy Dimas, Oliver's investor, and Dimas Chicken owner, was so excited after Cinda's late-night tv shout-out that he wrote the podcast hosts a check for $100,000. After sharing a touching account of his beloved grandmother's journey to America during the Greek and Armenian holocaust, Teddy revealed that he ran a jewelry business using his grandmother's nickname: Angel Inc.

At that very moment, Teddy became the prime suspect in Tim Kono's murder. Earlier in the episode, the crew discovered that Tim was working hard to track and bring down a black market jewelry dealer named Angel. This was a shocking coincidence that turned Teddy into their lead suspect, which would have never happened without Cinda's late-night plug.

Talk about a conflict of interest.
