It's official: Ciara's pregnant!
The "1,2 Step" singer sparked speculation that she's expecting after fans noticed she was wearing baggier outfits than usual on social media. On Tuesday, Aug. 8, it was confirmed that the artist is indeed expecting her fourth child.
She announced the news in an Instagram Reel, showing the silhouette of her baby bump. Ciara captioned it, "You look at me like that again, we make another kid…You my heart I'm your rib” 🥰😘❤️."
Her husband Russell Wilson shared his love for his wife upon the big news, commenting, "Love you momma #HowWeRoll 🖤🖤🖤."
Ciara had previously shared her wish to expand her family with Wilson.
When Ciara guest-hosted The Ellen DeGeneres Show in March 2022, her husband appeared on the talk show and got one on knee, asking "Can we have more babies?"
Ciara didn't say no, but said they needed "more time" before having the next child. They're already parents to Sienna, 6, and Win, 3, and Wilson is stepdad to Ciara's son Future Zahir, 9, with ex Future.
For those who need a refresher, Ciara and Wilson's love story began in 2015. They were engaged by March of that next year. And, by July 6, the pair had a fairytale wedding at at Peckforton Castle in Cheshire, England.
Ciara went on to share footage from her wedding in a moving music video for her song, "Beauty Marks."
In the footage, Ciara and Wilson are seen pouring their hearts out at the wedding altar.
The lyrics are equally moving, with the singer belting, ""Oh, what a feeling/ To wake up every day knowing I am loved by you/I can't believe it/What did I do to deserve someone to hold me like you do?"
