It’s official: Ciara and Russell Wilson have added a new little lady to their family. The pair shared an image of her on Instagram this week, revealing her name: Amora Princess Wilson. The bundle of joy arrived just days after the Grammy-winning singer bared her gold leaf-covered baby bump on the red carpet for The Color Purple premiere in Los Angeles. Both parents also posted baby Amora on Twitter, where the NFL player added, “2 wins in less than 24 hours!” in reference to his team’s win against the Los Angeles Chargers. Ciara attended the Denver Broncos game with their family just hours before Amora entered the world.
Back in August, Ciara announced that she was expecting her third child with Wilson and her fourth overall. The video features Ciara dancing by a pool in a mesmerizing display of her talent as a performer, with her pregnant silhouette and its reveal as the focal point.
Wilson and Ciara are also parents to 9-year-old Future Zahir Wilburn from Ciara’s past relationship with rapper Future, 6-year-old Sienna Princess Wilson, and 3-year-old Win Harrison Wilson. The couple got married in July 2016. But it seems like the kids have also formed a bond of their own: “They’re all so close,” Wilson told GQ in 2021, when they were still a household of five. “They all like taking care of each other, so every day I come home from work and it’s late at night, it’s after film and practice and all that, and me and Ciara are together, and we just smile from ear to ear in the kitchen because we realize that our family is a beautiful blended family but it’s also, you know, our family. It’s us.” We’re sure the kids have already begun welcoming baby Amora into the fold.
