"And the fandom goes wild."

Bensler shippers, assemble!

Christopher Meloni and Mariska Hargitay are giving fans a taste of what they're missing on the small screen with new behind-the-scenes photos from the set of Law & Order: SVU.

The actor took to Instagram with a pair of photos from a night shoot out on the streets of New York, leading one commenter to predict, "And the fandom goes wild."

In the first photo, the duo stood outside the New York Public Library with Juan José Campanella, who has directed nearly 30 episodes of the procedural. Campanelle stood in the middle of the group, his arm thrown around the shoulders of each costar, as they all grinned widely at the camera.

In the second, the two actors looked a little done with the evening's workload, looks of stress on their faces as other crew members bustled around them.

"#Makingduntime on #svu with @therealmariskahargitay and @campanellajuanjose," Meloni wrote alongside the photo.

Hargitay and Campanella both shared other photos from set, too, offering additional small glimpses into the production of what is likely the same episode.

The series' frontwoman shared a dreary photo from a rainy day in Times Square, where she stood in between co-stars Ice-T and Octavio Pisano, a badge clipped to her belt while Pisano—who also shared a photo of the trio walking in front of the illuminated American flag wall of the army recruiting station—wore one around his neck.

Meanwhile, Campanella appeared to celebrate reuniting with Hargitay, along with Peter Scanavino. The director wrote in Spanish, "With a talented cast, friend[sic] and ALWAYS in a good mood, everything is much easier. Thank you very much, Mariska and Peter, for making the set a meeting with friends in a bar."

In the photo, Hargitay appeared to be laughing at a direction from Campanella, the director holding his finger up while in conversation, while Scanavino smiled in the background.

Fans of the show were loving all of the content from the gang.

"The best police on TV!" one comment read.

"It’s a beautiful day to get arrested by these cool gang 😍😎🤍," another joked.

"I hope you know that you’ve just made the day of soooo many people by posting this 🤣 Hope y’all had fun filming… can’t wait to see the new eps! ❤️," another wrote, while one took a moment to thank some of the crew behind the scenes for their hard work, too: "Badass Benson in Times Square! I love it! Shoutout to all the PAs who have the impossible job of locking up street corners in that busy area! Such a difficult job to do! ❤️🙌"
