You've probably spent hours and hours thinking about Christmas cookies - what kind you'll make, which sprinkles you'll use, etc. But what are you making for actual Christmas?!? The breakfast after opening presents is almost more important, in our opinion at least. So what should you make? Santa Pancake Stacks of course! Kids will lose their minds over them, but even adults will appreciate how adorable they are. Plus, they're pancakes, which everyone loves!
Make your favorite batter, which for us is often Bisquick (it's so easy!), and put it all in a squeeze bottle. This helps make perfect little circular pancakes that'll stack up beautifully. To turn the pancakes into hats, stack three to four pancakes on top of one another then spread whipped cream and add a strawberry on top. The final touch: an itsy bitsy dollop of whipped cream. It's a little detail that makes you inexplicably happy.
