There’s no rest for the wicked — or for moms. Christina Ricci just shared a seriously scary photo of mom life, and it perfectly depicts why we are so tired all the time!

“How are your 6 am’s?” the Yellowjackets star asked fans on Instagram yesterday, attaching a picture of what her 6 a.m. looks like. In the photo, she’s lying on her bed, looking a little bleary-eyed at the camera as the flash brightens up her dark room. Next to her is her 9-year-old son Freddie, who she shares with ex James Heerdegen. He’s lying next to his mom, looking much too awake for a Sunday morning (or any morning at 6 a.m., for that matter)!

Ricci’s daughter Cleo, 21 months, is sitting up on the other side of Freddie. The toddler, who Ricci shares with husband Mark Hampton, is dressed in orange floral-print pajamas. She has one hand on her older brother, and she’s looking off to the side at something off-camera. She looks adorable with her messy brown hair and brown eyes — just like her mom’s mini-me! — but like her brother, she doesn’t seem to be tired at all. Poor mama! Snuggles with your kids are usually a perk of mom-life, but not at the crack of dawn on your day off. That’s just too much activity before morning coffee. We feel your pain, Christina!

Moms felt seen with Ricci’s post, and they took to the comments to praise the Wednesday actress. “I love how candid and real you are with this,” one person wrote. “As mums we all have this but to see someone in a while different world like yours to be going through the same thing and actually let people see it in its reality? That’s humanizing and a beautiful way to connect with your fans. Also, the other day I had 3 in my bed and they wriggled so much I kept falling out so I gave up and slept on the couch 😂😂.”

“You have no idea how this made me smile <3. I’m currently up with my gremlins and, knowing you happen to be too, is wonderful 😍,” another said.

Even Alyssa Milano, mom to Milo, 12, and Elizabella, 9, with husband David Bugliari, could relate. “Same,” she commented.

Last year, the Emmy nominee opened up about the difference sleep-training Freddie and Cleo. “The fact that I can put her down in her crib and she just goes to sleep when my 8-year-old still sleeps with me is amazing,” Ricci told PEOPLE, adding that Freddie “screamed himself hoarse and started banging his head against the crib railing” when she tried sleep training him when he was younger.

“But with Cleo, when we decided to try it and see how she would react to it, she just sort of whined for about seven minutes and then laid down, clutched her little unicorn and went to sleep,” Ricci shared. “It was like she was ready and she wanted to do it, and it was right for her.”

But even sleep-trained kiddos still like to cuddle in their parents’ bed. Oh well, something tells us we’ll miss these exhausting mornings one day, so we’ll do our best to soak it up now!
