So my first thing that I use is Nioxin. Now, this thing right here really has saved my life when it comes to my hair. Cleansing shampoo, step number one. Then after that I hit it with the scalp treatment conditioner. This revitalizes your scalp. I like to get these areas, especially where I notice there might be a little bit of hair loss, especially after post-partum. When you have a baby, you lose some hair. Let's keep it honest. So I like to hit these areas here in my temple. And then I also like to hit this area. And its got this really cool feeling. It feels really good.

Next up, the Donna brush. It is great because it's two-sided, so I can, kind of, like, not have a whole bunch of brushes on me. If I want to have my hair curly or if I want to have my hair straight, this does the job. And my hair doesn't break when I use it.

Next up, we have The Mane Choice. So I use The Mane Choice when my hair feels, like, a little extra dry or for, like, the summer time. Put a little of that, especially when my hair is wet. You might have gone out all day and you don't really want to take a whole other shower and redo your hair all over again. You just want to, like, kind of, re-zhush. That's a word. And you've rejuvenated your whole look.

Now, what we have right here-- of course, you see I've got curly hair, so I use Bed Head Curls Rock Amplifier. It's a shaping cream, but it also doesn't have much alcohol. I am not into alcohol hair products, like hairspray and stuff. So this actually keeps it styled and keeps it full.

And, lastly-- I mean, of course, you got your hair, but you got to take care of your face. I like to use Hello Radiance, it's by Tula. I put this on in the morning, or in the evening, or just even in the middle of the day. Look at that, it's all moisturized. I'm all about moisture-- moisture in the hair, moisture on the face. It keeps you young, it keeps healthy. I hope you got a few tips that are going to help you with your hair journey as well as that beautiful face of yours. See you on the next round.
