Christina Hendricks

Christina Hendricks is famous for her intense beauty and talent for transforming herself for a role, whether it's Joan in 1960s-set Mad Men or Mrs. Patricia St. George in The Buccaneers, an 1870s-set drama, and she recently invited fans to imagine her as a "pixie" while sharing a surprising throwback photo of herself.

The actress posted the snap on Instagram on Monday, Feb. 19, with a younger Hendricks posing with short, spiky hair, cut below her chin, looking out into the distance with her neck and shoulders bare. She wrote alongside the picture, "When I was a pixie," but didn't share any details about when the photo was taken or what it was for.

"So whimsical & dreamy still😍," declared a fan, and others felt the same way, commenting things like, "You are still Pixie 🧚🏻‍♀️❤️🧿," and "Beyond cute. That hairdo needs to come back into style ❤🔥."

Many appreciated Hendricks sharing the throwback, such as someone who wrote, "So interesting to see different Christina's over the years 🙂," while another was simply stunned by Hendricks' versatility: "Only a true icon can pull off so many looks!!! ❤❤❤❤."

When she's not sharing throwback snaps from her impressive career, Hendricks often posts updates about her day-to-day life and exciting experiences. In honor of Valentine's Day, the 48-year-old paid tribute to her love, fiancé George Bianchini, by sharing pictures of moments she saw a "sign" that seemed to point to him, whether it was the name of a street or a beer advertisement.

"To my Valentine, Sure feels like a sign," she wrote, with the final photo showing the man in question, to whom Hendricks got engaged in early 2023. The actress said of the engagement in a statement to People, "We started dating in 2020. The proposals were quiet and romantic and done separately in special places that have meaning to us."

Before Bianchini, Hendricks was married to fellow actor Geoffrey Arend from 2009 to 2019.
