Christina Hall and Husband Josh Allude to Challenges With Latest Tennessee Flip

If you kept up with Christina Hall's most recent Tennessee house flip, we have some major news for you: the almost $1 million home was just sold. Although she didn't share who purchased the sprawling 2,137 square feet property, we do know the appliances Hall used in the home's massive kitchen. On her Instagram Story, the HGTV star shared that she outfitted the space with pieces from ZLINE Kitchen and Bath. The stainless steel fridges, stove, and microwave are all from the Nevada-based brand.

The family-owned company's goal is to provide "attainable luxury" for shoppers and with accents like champagne bronze handles and gleaming French-door refrigerators, the appliances certainly seem nice. The best part? Amazon carries the line and has a selection of ZLINE appliances available to shop, including stoves, hood ranges, fridges, and more. Most pieces are available to ship within two to three days, which means if you're in dire need of an appliance refresh, you can secure your favorites in a pinch.

Aside from mentioning the appliances, Hall also wrote in her IG caption: "Our first completed Tennessee flip just closed. Wasn’t the most lucrative project to date (I’ve been flipping for 15 years and seems like there is always a new lesson in flipping) but, we still made a profit..." Though Hall appears proud of this project, she also alluded to the challenges of flipping this particular 1960's house. The star had to completely gut the home, redesign the floor plan, and install all new plumbing, electrical, and HVAC. Even for an expert like herself, there are bound to be ups and downs to pulling off an intricate process like this one.

Her husband, Josh Hall, also chimed in to echo her sentiments, writing, "Iron sharpens iron. This one was quite the transformation and they will only getter better each time." He also replied to one of the commenters, who asked what the challenges they faced were, with this piece of advice: "Watch your expenses all the way through." For anyone who has renovated a home, is in the process of renovations, or just want to know—it's important to set a budget and stick to it because renovation costs do indeed add up.
