After 10 seasons, HGTV's Flip or Flop is coming to an end. The show, which first debuted in 2013, concluded at the end of Season 10.

Former couple and stars of the show Christina Haack and Tarek El Moussa announced the news in separate Instagram posts. "Bittersweet news to announce, it’s the end of an era," Haack wrote underneath a photo of her and the crew. "I remember filming the pilot and thinking, 'wouldn’t this be crazy if is this actually made it to network tv?' And here we are, a decade later."

"And with just two episodes left, the end of this season is a bit more bittersweet… after an incredible 10 year run, Flip or Flop is coming to an end," writes El Moussa. "This show would not have been possible without all of you following along, so THANK YOU!"

HGTV confirmed the news in a statement to People: "Tarek El Moussa and Christina Haack are long-time, fan-favorite stars on HGTV and it's true that Flip or Flop is coming to an end after an epic 10-season run as a top-rated unscripted series."

Ahead of the show's finale, Tarek El Moussa once again took to Instagram to reflect on the journey. "This week I’ve been reminiscing and looking back through some of the pictures I’ve taken through the years, trying to find the right ones to post…ones that truly represent what a wild ride this has been," El Moussa writes underneath a series of photos from the early days of Flip or Flop. "Honestly, it’s almost impossible to capture in a post what this show and experience has meant to me. After an entire decade of filming Flip or Flop, it truly feels like I have a massive family all around the world," he continues.

El Moussa's post goes on to thank the audience, crew, and yes, ex-wife and co-star, Christina Haack. "A special thank you to @christinahaack for taking this journey with me. I think we did a pretty good job and I’m excited for what the future holds for both us and wish her nothing but the best!"

Although there's no official word on why the show ended so suddenly, a source tells People, "Tarek and Christina are generally cordial. They're co-parenting and nothing gets in the way of that. The show was just too intimate of a setting at this point and it was time to close that chapter."

As sad as this news may be, Flip or Flop fans haven't seen the last of Haack or El Moussa. New episodes of Christina on the Coast will air later this year, while a new season of Flipping 101 with Tarek El Moussa is slated for 2023. The duo also seemed to hint at other projects they have in the works in their respective posts. "I’m excited to see what the next 10 years has in store and can’t wait to share what I’ve been working on behind the scenes," writes Haack. "I’m not going anywhere and I can promise that you are going to love what comes next!" writes El Moussa.

We can't wait to see what this next chapter looks like for Haack and El Moussa!
