Oh, Christina Aguilera, we've missed you.

The Grammy-winning pop star has released a new single, "Pa' Mis Muchachas," a sultry Spanish-language collaboration featuring Mexican-American singer Becky G and Argentine performers Nicki Nicole and Nathy Peluso. Aguilera has been teasing her comeback single for weeks now on social media, revealing to fans that a full-length Spanish-language album is on the way—her first in more than 20 years, since 2000's Mi Reflejo.

The song's accompanying music video is a four-minute production that features Aguilera sporting fiery-red hair, posing alongside twin Dobermans, and (of course) making her way to the dance floor. Becky G, Nicole, and Peluso all appear for their respective guest verses. Aguilera's signature vocals shine over the infectious guaracha-style beat—a high-tempo genre that stems from Cuba. Quite frankly, it's the best she's sounded in years.

The new song serves as an "homage to women" Aguilera told Billboard. "We wanted to make sure that this was definitely a representation of Latin women who are the strength of a family, the backbone," the singer said. "In the song we mention that I'm a woman that is strong because I was raised by a woman that was strong and so was she before that. It's something that gets passed down by generations. I chose Nathy, Becky and Nicki because of the strength they exude."

Aguilera said that she's wanted to put out more Spanish music for years, and now, at 40 years old, she finally feels confident enough to do so.

"It's been a project that I wanted to follow up for so long but I'm so happy that it's happening now as a grown woman," she added. "Having been a mother, having experienced the career I have, I bring a different view and set of passions. Now it's coming from a deeper perspective and wanting to explore. … I'm still learning too and I'm not going to back down from something I'm truly passionate about because I'm scared or I'm afraid what people will think. This is me being me on my own journey of life. I could cry about it. It means a lot to me."
