Quick relationship history: Xtina and Matthew started dating after her divorce back in 2010, when she told People a“Matthew is a special person. We had a really strong friendship on the movie. He’s the kind of person you could spend hours on the phone talking to and all of a sudden it’s daylight. Once I filed for divorce, we started dating. I’m not trying to jump into anything. I just left a five-year marriage. I’m taking it slow and trying to be happy.”

FYI, Matthew and Christina have been engaged for almost a decade, and back in 2015, she explained that they aren't in a rush to get married: “Having just moved into a beautiful new home we call the Sanctuary, having a baby, and now being excited to get back to work, I have my hands full and am not in a rush to set a date. I want to plan it and cherish the moment while not feeling rushed. So when the schedule is more clear and I can take some downtime again, I can focus on that. Our love is secure enough that we don’t need a wedding to prove our love and commitment.”

More recently in 2022, a source told Us Weekly that “There are no wedding plans at the moment. [Christina] and Matt are happy the way they are. They’re one of those couples who don’t need a document to prove their love for each other."
