Christina Aguilera exquisitely shimmered as she graced the GLAAD Awards red carpet in a plunging black sequined dress. The Grammy winner, 42, donned a low-cut maxi gown with glittery fabric and matching opera-length gloves for the event.
The Burlesque star’s figure-hugging number featured a mermaid-style fit and elegant train. At the ceremony, Aguilera was honored with the Advocate for Change award, which honors a person who “helped the LGBTQIA+ community around the world through their work,” as WWD notes.

Aguilera channeled Old Hollywood glam with her makeup look, opting for a vampy crimson lipstick, rosy blush, winged cat-eye liner and voluminous, sky-high lashes.

In her caption, the "Dirrty" crooner honored Trans Day of Visibility (March 31st) and accepted the GLAAD Award. "On #TransDayofVisibility we celebrate the invaluable contributions of every individual in the transgender community," she wrote.
Aguilera added, "As someone who believes in equality and inclusion for all, I am deeply grateful to GLAAD for amplifying the voices of those who are often marginalized. I am humbled and honored to receive this award, and to have the opportunity to serve as a safe haven and advocate for all those who seek acceptance and inclusion."
