While everyone else is freezing their butts off during the remaining weeks of winter, Christie Brinkley is spending time kicking back in the sun in Turks & Caicos. The supermodel has dropped a slew of photos on Instagram of herself in various beach scenes, including a new series of shots of the 69-year-old looking incredibly strong in a red string bikini.

Christie shared two shots of herself in the suit—in the first, she’s holding up heart hands while flashing strong legs and toned abs. And in the next, she’s wrapping her arms around her torso and grinning broadly. “❤️Hope everyone is feeling the LOVE‼️” she wrote in the caption.

People were all about it in the comments. “Rockin that red bikini 👙,” one wrote. “Never forget how 🔥 you are. Self confidence is the key,” another said.

Of course, this is far from Christie’s only swimsuit moment lately. She also casually shared this one:

Christie has made it clear that she loves being active outdoors, sharing plenty of posts of herself doing things like hiking and biking:

But she’s also into a good spin class. “I love spin instructors,” she previously told Women’s Health. “Sometimes you need a little drill sergeant to inspire you and keep you going.” Truth!

Christie told The Cut that she also uses the Total Gym (she’s a spokesperson) and likes to “work with weights.” Overall, she shared that “running is my favorite way to sweat, but I’m not really supposed to do that anymore because of injuries.”

She also digs found fitness. “Some days the only thing I can get in is a seven-minute run on the Total Gym,” she said. “Then while I’m brushing my teeth, I’m doing leg lifts. When I’m drying my hair, I do all kinds of squats.”

On the food front, Christie follows a mostly plant-based diet and she’s been open about her love of vegetarianism. “Over the years, I've been a vegan, I've been a macrobiotic, I’ve been a lacto-ovo," she previously told The Cut. "The one constant...was that I haven't eaten any red meat or fowl.”

Christie also stressed that it’s important to her to put a rainbow of foods on her plate. “For lunch, I go into greens and do a salad, then add a protein like a bean or nuts,” she said. “Dinner is more of the same except maybe I’ll put my vegetables on a bean pasta, rice, grain, or quinoa.”
