Christie Brinkley Recreates Throwback Pic for Son's 28th Birthday

Christie Brinkley paid tribute to her middle child and only son on his birthday with an adorable update on social media.

Brinkley, 69, shared two side-by-side photos of herself and her son, Jack Brinkley Cook, on her Instagram grid over the weekend, with the right image re-creating the left. In the pictures, the model leans her head on her son's shoulder as she smiles brightly.

The mother of three captioned the June 3 post, "From there to here, in the blink of an eye, You’ve turned into the most wonderful guy! 28 years of adventures and fun , you’re the very best brother and my favorite son!"

Brinkley continued, showing off her rhyming skills, "Thoughtful kind and wicked smart, what makes me proudest is your beautiful heart! We all love you so much Giacomo! Happy Birthday Jack Paris! 💙2 June 2023."

Friends and fans wished Jack a happy birthday in the comments, with many commenting on how he takes after his mother.

Brinkley had Jack with her third husband, Richard Taubman, with whom she was married for about a year in the mid-90s. Jack was later adopted by Peter Cook, Brinkley's husband from 1996 to 2008.

Along with Jack, Brinkley has two other kids, Alexa Ray Joel, 37, and Sailor Brinkley Cook, 24. Brinkley shares Alexa with her second husband, musician Billy Joel, while she had Sailor, her youngest, with Cook.

Brinkley's kids are all very talented, with Sailor working as a model while Alexa is a singer-songwriter. Jack appears to be a little more private about his life, although he has become a successful entrepreneur and studied acting in school.
