It doesn’t matter if you’ve been gone for 5 minutes or 5 days: The ache of missing your babies is always there! Chrissy Teigen, mom to four beautiful children with husband John Legend, has been in New York City to promote her new TV series, Chrissy & Dave Dine Out — and she can’t wait to get home to her little ones.

Teigen took to Instagram on Thursday to share the most heart-melting photos of her kids, who have been having a wonderful time in the hands of other caretakers while their mom is away. In the first picture, her daughter Esti, 1, wears a little blue jean jacket, green pants, and pink ruffle socks as she sits in a swing at a playground. Both hands are gripping the edge of the swing, and she is positively beaming, with all four of her teeth on display. That’s one happy baby!

Sweet Babies

In the next photo, 7-month-old Wren sits in his highchair, completely covered in orange crumbs from lunch. His mouth is open, and his tongue is sticking out as he looks at the camera with his hands in the air. He is the picture of pure joy.

The last photo is a picture of Luna, 7, and Miles, 5, dressed in winter gear and posing in front of a fireplace. They are all so cute.

“Loves of my life, I’ll see you tomorrow!!” the Cravings author captioned the sweet pictures.

People commented on how similar all four kids look. “I literally can’t tell any of them apart ❤️,” one person wrote.

Someone else said, Your kids are so beautiful. Just like you and John.”

Words of Reassurance

Others sent words of reassurance, which every traveling mom needs to hear every now and then. “Your a great mom I know they miss you so much,” they wrote. This is so nice because it’s a reminder that Teigen is still a great mom even though she’s been traveling for work, and it’s a reminder that her kids still love and miss her while they have fun with others.

Earlier this week, Legend, Luna, and Miles went to Utah while Teigen attended the Sundance Film Festival. “Mommy’s at Sundance for work. We’re here to make snow angels,” the “On Time” singer captioned a series of photos of the kids in their snow gear, including the one Teigen reposted above! They make fluffy snow angels and go skiing.

It’s probably best Teigen didn’t bring all four kids with her during her press tour for Chrissy & Dave. After all, we all know how kids can get out in public. In fact, Teigen would be the first to admit it.

In an interview on Good Morning America this week, Teigen was asked her “advice” on taking her kids out to eat. She hilariously responded, “Yeah, don’t. Just don’t.”

Later, she clarified how it all really goes down. “I have my one little mush, he’s seven months now, and he will fall asleep at a restaurant. Everyone comes over [and says] ‘Oh, he’s so good.’”

“And then I have my Esti, who’s a year old, and she just, you know, [touches] knives, glasses, everything, and it’s chaotic,” she continued. Her eldest kids just “look at our phones and text.” You gotta do what you gotta do!
