Chrissy Teigen's Abs Are Next-Level Sculpted As She Rocks A Bra Top On IG
  • Chrissy Teigen is looking fitter than ever in a new Instagram photo dump.

  • In the recent snaps, which were taken in the bathroom of Mother Wolf in Los Angeles, the 36-year-old cookbook author and model is rocking a bra top and bejeweled white skirt in front of the sink. And I just have to say, her core is looking oh-so-fierce 🔥

  • To stay in shape, Chrissy takes Simone de la Rue's classes, which are dance-based and super high energy—in addition to doing yoga and Pilates.

Chrissy Teigen recently took full advantage of some truly amazing bathroom lighting to snap mirror selfies while out to dinner at Mother Wolf in Los Angeles. And in a new Instagram photo dump, the 36-year-old cookbook author and model shared her personal photoshoot with her followers.

In the pics, Chrissy is standing in front of the sink while wearing a bra top paired with a bejeweled white mini skirt and a black blazer—a look that totally highlighted her strong abs and legs.

"@motherwolfla: go for the mozzarella di bufala and fried squash blossoms, stay for the bathroom light," she captioned the snaps.

And of course, she got tons of fun comments from her celeb friends: "Gorgeous 🔥🔥🔥🔥," commented Paris Hilton. "Dinner is served 🍽," said Dorothy Wang. "🔥🔥🔥," chimed celebrity aesthetician and entrepreneur Shani Darden.

Naturally, this isn't the first time Chrissy is sharing a mirror selfie to show off the killer core she's worked so hard for:

And there's this from October 2021:

But how exactly does a busy woman like her pull it all off? Well, to stay as fit as she is, Chrissy loves to take Simone De La Rue's dance-based classes, which are super high energy and great for getting the heart rate up. "Chrissy Teigen I've been with for three or four years," Simone told Business Insider. "We do more laughing than working out, to be honest. She's a hilarious person and I like having a giggle with her."

While she does work out, she also admitted that she goes through phases of being super dedicated and then losing motivation—sometimes for more than a month. “Sometimes I’ll go two months without working out and then my trainer will be like, ‘What the hell, get your ass back here!’ And then I go really hard,” she told People. "It’s all about balance. And yes, I definitely stray, I go crazy, but if I did that all the time I would be very unhappy, like physically sad and just feeling lazy and horrible.”

She also shared that she's incorporated yoga and Pilates into her routine. "I do love yoga and pilates now but the balance in it is really nice because it's nice to be able to kill two birds by playing with my kids and getting that activity in honestly. To me that's more fun," she told People. "John is different, he's the kind of guy who can go to the gym at like 6, 7 in the morning every single day no matter what but me, no, I try to have fun with it."

She also told Kelly Clarkson that she uses EMS (a.k.a electrical muscle stimulation). According to Scientific American, it's a technology that activates your muscles and makes them contract while you work out. Supposedly, it activates 90 percent of the body’s muscles in 20 minutes and simulates an hours-long workout.

As for nutrition, Chrissy has said she's so done with dieting. "It's more important for me to enjoy things as they come. I put my mind and spirit over body. If it's going to make me happy and make me feel good, then I indulge in it," she told People. She added that "I've spent too many years counting calories and scheduling way too many workouts and trying to figure out what my term for wellness was for myself. Now I know it's on the ground playing with my kids or going to a park or an aquarium."
