Chrissy Teigen Takes Down Mom-Shamers in Her Latest Tweets
March 12, 2017
Whether she's discussing losing the baby weight or the work that goes into big red carpet appearances, Chrissy Teigen is known for being so down-to-earth and never pulls any punches. (That's just one reason we're pretty much always fangirling over her!) So, it should come as no surprise that the outspoken cookbook author and model recently fired back at online critics of her parenting.
Screenshotting the comments that were being made concerning her 11-month-old Luna, Teigen took to her Twitter account on Friday, writing, "Imagine being this miserable. We are fine, thanks."

And she followed that remark up with this bold observation.
Some people are just hell bent on being the fucking worst.

Guess these critics also missed the memo that Teigen is wonderfully brave and strong, having recently admitted in a Glamour magazine essay that she's been battling postpartum depression.

Ultimately, though, Teigen likely has far more supporters than she does finger-wagging haters. In response to her social media takedown of negative commenters, her Twitter followers pointed out and made fun of one commenter's misspelling ("frys" vs. "cries") and encouraged Teigen to avoid reading comments. Couldn't agree more. But seeing Teigen fire back never fails to entertain and empower us!
