Chrissy Teigen Struggling to Get Her Kids to Take a Photo Is Every Mom This Holiday Season

Taking family photos with little kids requires a mix of sheer will, plenty of bribery, and a huge dose of luck. Especially if you have two babies close to the same age like Chrissy Teigen! She struggles to take photos with her kids just like us.

The Cravings author shared a new photo on Instagram of herself in a lavender robe. She’s sitting at a table with her hair in a bun and her two babies in her arms. Esti, 10 months, has both arms in the air and looks at the camera with a somber expression. Her 5-month-old son Wren is equally unamused, staring at the camera with a cute little frown on his lips.

“level of photo difficulty – 1000,” Teigen captioned the post. (Imagine how difficult it would be if she actually got the kids to smile?!) It shouldn’t be this hard to take a group photo, right?

“So sweet❤️ So hard to get photos when littles are in involved!😂” one person commented. Someone else wrote, “Worth it.”

Teigen shares Wren, Esti, Miles, 5, and Luna, 7, with husband John Legend. Back in July, Teigen complained about how hard it was to get everyone to look and smile for family pictures. “’One with all my babies’ never works 😭” she captioned a new photo on Instagram.

And while getting cute family photos may be hard, keeping everyone in the house healthy may be even more challenging.

“Look at my sick baby,” Teigen said in a video shared to her Instagram Story today. She’s holding Wren in her arms, showing off his red flushed cheeks. He is wearing cute snowman-printed pajamas and a Copper Pearl drool bib with a smiley face pattern.

“Somebody’s always sick here now,” she continued. (Been. There!) “But you’re still so cute and sweet,” she added. After Teigen kisses him on the cheek, Wren starts babbling and “talking” to his mom, and it’s adorable.
