  • Chrissy Teigen revealed a new health concern on Twitter.

  • The model and cookbook author shared a video of her arm twitching and with visible cupping marks, and she said she's had the symptoms for three days.

  • Chrissy's followers chimed in with home remedies and hilarious memes in response to the video.

It seems Chrissy Teigen has developed an unexplained ailment. The model, who is one of the judges on NBC's new comedy show, Bring the Funny, premiering tonight, took to Twitter to explain what exactly has been going on.

This morning, Chrissy shared a video of her arm and the odd symptoms she has experienced. The video shows a close-up view of her arm twitching and very visible cupping marks.

She added more background to the video: "hello my arm won’t stop doing this after I stretched funny. Numb, not painful but feels extremely heavy and gives out easily. I tried cupping (the marks) but no go. It has been 3 days and I can’t lift my babies."

Chrissy ended her post with a bit of a disclaimer: "I don’t need help just want attention."

Of course, the burning question remains, what is going on with Chrissy's arm? Twitter, of course, had so many thoughts and offered up some totally whacky treatment suggestions. Some of the most popular advice included treating her arm with acupuncture, or even Windex, while many just expressed general distress over her condition.

In case you're still curious about what's going on, muscle twitches are often caused by issues in the actual muscle or the nerves that tell it "go, go, go!" sports medicine physician J. Christopher Mendler, M.D., medical director of Holy Name Medical Center’s Sports Medicine Program, previously told Women's Health.

Basically, they are involuntary contractions of an entire muscle or just a few of its fibers. Things like stress, not eating enough potassium, or not getting enough vitamin D, can make you more prone to them.

After the unsolicited recommendations flooded in, Chrissy responded with another tweet: "my doctor doesn't want me to talk to u guys anymore he thinks u are crazy. I tried to tell him nO! they are doctors!!!!"

This is far from the first weird ailment Chrissy has shared publicly, so she had to know what she was getting into. Earlier this year, she talked about hives on her thigh and butt. Naturally, she offered up some choice photos of that experience as well.

It's still TBD on what is causing the numbness and twitching in Chrissy's arm, but here's to hoping the symptoms go away soon. At least she got that attention she asked for.
