Chrissy Teigen Sent Care Packages To Restaurant Workers At One Of Her Favorite Spots
Chrissy Teigen's new Cravings collection has been flying off the shelves since she released new items last month; in fact, it's all sold out. But our favorite celebrity chef (shhh, don't tell the others!) recently gifted the set to some recipients who work in the Los Angeles restaurant scene.
In a tweet previously reported on by Us Weekly, employees from Howlin’ Ray’s, a super-popular fried chicken spot in California, posted a photo proudly holding up the packages they received of Chrissy's Cravings collection. "THANK U SO MUCH THEYRE SO BEAUTIFUL WE ALL CRIED," they tweeted to Chrissy.

Chrissy responded by thanking them for doing "so much incredible stuff, making the city of LA so, so happy." She's clearly a big fan of the spot because she mentioned them in her Guide to L.A. post on her Cravings website.
"The fried chicken is so juicy and moist (I know a lot of people hate that word, but oh well), and they go from no heat to it’s-so-hot-the-chicken-is-black HOT HOT," she wrote of the spot: "Mom has trained me to handle spice and even I cry when eating the spiciest level. But it’s a rite of passage. No matter how much you are dying, you see your fingers reach out for another piece–just make sure not to touch anything else with those fingers."
Receiving one of the coveted Cravings boxes was no easy feat, as Chrissy previously said in her Instagram story that creating these boxes was a lot of work and that some of her rich and famous pals probably shouldn't expect one.
“Please don’t ask for a box,” she wrote in her Instagram stories, according to Us Weekly. “My marketing budget is not infinite but my love for you is. Also, I see some of u asking and you’re literally rich.”
