Chrissy Teigen Revealed an Intense Sunburn in a New Topless Photo
Chrissy Teigen is an open book when it comes to nearly everything, including her skin woes. For example, she regularly points out her pimples on her Instagram Stories and has even begged Dr. Pimple Popper to help her with a persistent cyst on her chin. Her latest revelation appears to be that she&aposs not immune to getting a pretty gnarly sunburn, despite her best efforts to prevent it.
On Thursday, July 2, Teigen posted a mirror selfie to her Instagram Stories. In the topless shot, Teigen has a white towel wrapped around her waist and her hair while she covers her breasts with her arm. But that arm can&apost hide the very distinct contrast between the skin that had been covered by a swimsuit and the skin that was more readily exposed to the sun.
"Before you ask, I did!!!" Teigen wrote over the photo, most likely referring to wearing sunscreen. Teigen&aposs arms, chest, and face are noticeably redder than usual — a telltale sign of sunburn. And we have no doubt that she did apply sunscreen; however, even with a strong and regularly reapplied SPF, the damage can still be done.
It appears Teigen is still on the mend from her recent surgery to remove her breast implants — a bandage is visible beneath one of her hands, thankfully in an area that appears to have been spared from the sunburn.
Keep in mind, despite sunburns still potentially happening, it&aposs very important to wear sunscreen. (Just imagine how much worse it could&aposve been without it!) And if you find yourself in a situation similar to Teigen&aposs, take this expert advice: hydrate your skin with lotion or gel containing aloe, drink lots of water, and if it&aposs hurting, consider an anti-inflammatory like Advil to help reduce swelling and redness.
