Oh, baby! Chrissy Teigen is looking happier than ever in a little minidress dress and heels that perfectly highlight her growing baby bump.

The model posed for some new Instagram photos while rocking a black silk Bernadette Antwerp dress this week, and it is everything. The dress featured an oversized, fun, rose-lined collar, and she paired the 'fit with black tights, heels, and a chic bag that is totally giving Audrey Hepburn. Of course, the outfit put her incredibly toned legs on full display for everyone to see. This star is totally crushing the whole pregnancy thing. Go, Chrissy, go!

“🖤 feeling the flips of my little belly buddy all day!” Chrissy, captioned the post.

Followers were loving the look as well. “Fine AF,” her husband, John Legend, commented on the photo. These two are Serious couple goals. Another follower added, “You are absolutely glowing ✨” and I would have to agree.

It’s amazing to see a healthy, pregnant, strong, and glowing Chrissy. The 36-year-old star shared her exciting pregnancy news back in August, and the announcement was particularly special since the couple lost their baby, Jack, in September of 2020. (Chrissy recently shared that she had a life-saving abortion after a complicated pregnancy, according to The Hollywood Reporter.)

“I don’t think I’ll ever walk out of an appointment with more excitement than nerves but so far, everything is perfect and beautiful and I’m feeling hopeful and amazing. Ok phew it’s been very hard keeping this in for so long!” she captioned the initial post.

The new baby will join their adorable little fam of four, with older siblings Luna and Miles.

Back to those strong legs. On the fitness front, Chrissy knows a thing or two about working on muscle tone. And while she hasn't shared much about her fitness routines while pregnant, she has shared in the past that she loves dance, yoga, and Pilates classes, all of which get your heart rate up while achieving different fitness goals.

Pre-pregnancy, Chrissy would work on her core by taking Simone De La Rue's classes, which are super high-energy, dance-based workout classes (and she also did some boogying on TikTok). "Chrissy Teigen I've been with for three or four years," Simone told Business Insider. "We do more laughing than working out, to be honest. She's a hilarious person and I like having a giggle with her."

She has also historically liked to do YouTube yoga sessions with Nicole McPherson, and has shared some snippets of herself getting in a quick sweat sesh at home. Of course, her kids come in at one point to interrupt her, but such is #MomLife. At that time, Chrissy shared that she was, "loving @movewithnicole on YouTube!!" Fun fact: prenatal yoga can even help prep you for childbirth, according to the Mayo Clinic.

Beyond that, Chrissy has used EMS (a.k.a electrical muscle stimulation) to achieve some tone. This is a technology that activates your muscles and makes them contract while you work out, according to Scientific American. Supposedly, it activates 90 percent of the body’s muscles in 20 minutes and simulates an hours-long workout. An hours-long workout in less than 30 minutes? Chrissy is on to something.
