Chrissy Teigen Has Bangs Now

No matter what hair type or length you have, cutting your hair into bangs can be a risky move — unless you’re Chrissy Teigen, of course. When it comes to her hair, Teigen is known to experiment with all kinds of haircuts, usually at the hands of celebrity hairstylist Jen Atkin. Which brings us to Teigen’s latest look: bangs.
Atkin showed off Chrissy’s new style on Snapchat last night with the caption, “She got banged,” making fans believe Teigen chopped her hair into an eye-grazing fringe. See her new look for yourself:

The 30-year-old mom’s new, blunt bangs caused a social media frenzy, with fans contemplating cutting their own hair. One person commented on Atkin’s Snapchat picture (which she reposted to Instagram), “that’s it, I’m cutting some on me today.” Another wrote, “she makes me want bangs!!”
Although, there’s a very good chance Chrissy’s bangs aren’t real at all. After all, Karlie Kloss got herself some bangs that lasted only for a night during NYFW, and Chrissy herself even wore clip-in bangs in August, fooling us into thinking she went in for an impromptu chop.
We’ve reached out to Atkin to see whether or not the bangs are temporary and will update this story once we hear back. Until then, give clip-ins a try before you go in for the major chop yourself. It’s the perfect way to test out the look before fully committing.
