I've spent more time than I care to admit over the last few months watching the morning workout sesh vids that Kourtney Kardashian posts on her Snapchat. You know, the ones that feature the mom of three and her sister Khloe getting their burpees, side planks, and cardio on, as they lift weights and sprint up and down the tennis court outside Kourt's Calabasis home?

The circuit workouts look seriously intense. And I can't help but wonder when I watch them: How does a mom of three have time for this? Where are her babies? And, perhaps most importantly, how the hell can I get a session with her trainer? Because you know she has one...right? Just ask Chrissy Teigen. During a recent appearance on the Today show, the model mama pulled back the curtain to reveal how celebs lose weight so quickly after having kids.

"Anyone in the public eye, we have all the help we could ever need to be able to shed everything," she admitted. "We have nutritionists, we have dietitians, we have trainers, we have our own schedules, we have nannies. We have people who make it possible for us to get back into shape. But nobody should feel like that's normal, or like that's realistic."

Preach, Chrissy!! We just love the way the mom to 7-month-old daughter Luna always keeps it real! In fact, she also revealed during the interview that even with all the help at her disposal, she sometimes has a hard time dealing with all the "mood stuff" that happens after having a baby, and is still struggling to find that perfect work-life balance.

"Some days, I wouldn't know how to cope with work and juggle things and still have time for a husband [and] life," she explained. "I think I was slightly cursed by having such a great pregnancy and being so happy and having so much energy, that just the decline of all those endorphins, and all the prenatals and everything I was on and how healthy I was, naturally made my mood change. There were periods where you get super dark."
