Mom and dad’s night out.

Chrissy Teigen got all dolled up for the State dinner.

On Thursday evening, the Cravings author and her husband, John Legend, had a fancy date night at the White House.

Teigen showed off her maternity style, donning a sweet bubblegum pink off-the-shoulder gown that cradled her growing baby bump. Her poofy sleeves were adorned with floral jewels that matched the bow clasp on her black clutch. She gave the look some edge with black elbow-length gloves.

Legend, on the other hand, complimented his wife’s outfit, looking dapper as ever in a classic tuxedo and matching bow tie.

The couple, who will welcome their third child in just a short while, seemingly left their kids at home for the evening—they are parents to Miles, 4, and Luna, 6.

The duo made their grand entrance through the festive foyer, walking arm-in-arm, much like Jennifer Garner and her date for the dinner, her teen daughter, Violet Affleck, whom she shares with ex-husband Ben Affleck.

The celebrities were among 400 VIPs who attended the event, hosted by President Joe Biden and First Lady Jill Biden.

Teigen shared some shots from the night on her Instagram, writing: "The State Dinner! Being in the White House will never not be extremely exciting. Secret Service! Tiny things you want to steal but don’t because you want to be invited back! Sitting next to the secretary of defense Lloyd Austin AHHHHH I really held back to the best of my ability. An extremely humbling room. Back home with the babies now and not sure I can do one more venture like this but what a way to go out!"

The gallery included some photos and selfies of the couple, along with a snap of the elegant dinner set up.

The dinner came on the heels of Teigen’s 37th birthday, which she spent lounging in bed, eating some of her favorite foods, preparing some “baby stuff,” and watching shows like The Office and Below Deck, according to her Instagram video.

Legend surprised his wife with an extravagant display on Sunset Boulevard for her big day. He shared a video of the moment to Instagram on Wednesday, Nov. 30, unveiling a giant billboard on the popular Los Angeles street to promote her website Cravings.com.
