Chrissy Teigen’s Baby Esti Reaches a Major New Milestone & The Video Is Beyond Adorable

Chrissy Teigen’s baby Esti is on the move! Her 1-year-old daughter just reached a major mobility milestone, and it’s equal parts exciting and terrifying.

Here Comes Trouble…

“She’s walkin,” John Legend captioned a photo on Instagram of his and Teigen’s daughter. The baby girl is wearing pink floral pajamas in the cute clip as she stands on a rug in the living room. Esti leaves the accent chair behind and walks several steps toward the camera — yay Esti! Walking is such a huge milestone!

After a couple steps, Esti loses her balance and falls down. She saves it by sliding onto her stomach and smiling, looking so proud of herself for walking on her own. Esti is unbelievably cute, but now, she’s going to be able get into a lot more trouble…

Ms. Rachel (the star of every toddler’s favorite YouTube videos) commented, “Amazing Esti!!! ❤️❤️❤️.”

Viola Davis wrote, “Awwwwa❤❤❤❤.” Someone else said, “And she’s off! How precious!”

“By the third and fourth child you don’t want them to start walking till they’re like three or four, and they usually start earlier than any of them,” another quipped. It’s so true. When your third baby starts walking, you pretty much know what to expect — and how much harder your life is about to get.

‘Chaotic’ Home Life

In addition to Esti, Legend and Teigen are parents to baby Wren, 7 months, Miles, 5, and Luna, 7. The Chrissy & Dave Dine Out star recently appeared on the Jennifer Hudson Show, and she gave a sweet update about the four kids.

“Everyone goes, ‘How are the babies?’” Teigen said. “And I go, ‘There’s a lot of them!’”

“It’s so good, it’s chaotic, it’s crazy,” she continued. “The two big ones, Luna and Miles, are keeping us so busy with sports and arts and piano and figure skating and tennis and Girl Scouts. And there’s so many things that they do every day and they never get tired. The babies are actually kind of the easier part right now.”

Despite being easier, Legend and Teigen are excited for their babies to get a little older. The EGOT-winning musician told PEOPLE in Nov. 2023, “I feel like we enjoy baby mode. [W]e enjoy toddler, getting a little older mode even more.” He added, “We’re excited for that to come soon.”
