Savannah Chrisley and Nic Kerdiles are officially getting married! The Growing Up Chrisley star and her longtime boyfriend got engaged on December 24 in front of family and friends at her Nashville home. The couple kept the Christmas Eve proposal a secret for several months before announcing the news on Instagram in early April. Now, their wedding seems to be all Savannah and Nic can talk about. From getting in shape to planning the party, the 21-year-old reality star and her fiancé have a lot to do before the big day. Here's everything we know so far about the upcoming Chrisley-Kerdiles nuptials.

First things first: The ring. Nic proposed to Savannah with a stunning 5-carat sparkler, designed by Dror Flantzman in Nashville. Although it's her "dream ring," it wasn't exactly his first choice.

"[Nic] sent me a picture of a ring on Instagram one day and it was hideous," Savannah told People. "He was like, 'Do you like this?' And I was like, 'No, no.' I immediately sent him a picture of what I liked."

In the end, Savannah's mother Julie Chrisley had the final say about the rock that's now on her daughter's finger.

"My mom actually kind of picked out the ring, and so she went and sat down with a jeweler in Nashville and picked out the diamond and all of that," Savannah said. "And so, it’s kind of cool to know that she picked it out."

So, when are they tying the knot?

Savannah and Nic have not announced an official wedding date yet. However, they are reportedly planning to get married sometime during the summer of 2020.

Savannah's father Todd is famously overprotective-so it may come as a surprise that he fully supports Savannah and Nic's engagement.

"[Savannah] we love you with all our hearts and will always be here for you and [Nic] in good times and bad," he wrote on Instagram. "[Nic] we love you and are proud to call you our son."

Who is planning the wedding?

While Todd's approval of Savannah's man may come as a shock, it's no surprise that the helicopter dad will have a big part in his daughter's wedding planning. Luckily, she is perfectly fine with that.

"[Todd] is a great wedding planner, so we're excited. It's more his day than it is my day," she said of her upcoming nuptials. "And that's okay. I've always said he can plan my wedding and I can show up and it'd be exactly how I wanted it."

Savannah is getting fit for her big day.

Savannah probably won't walk down the aisle for another year, but she's not wasting any time getting in shape before then.

"I've made a commitment to my health and definitely want to look and feel my best for the wedding," she revealed on Instagram, adding that she's "very proud" of the progress she's made so far. Her new healthy lifestyle has also helped her cope with the pressures of being in the spotlight.

"There are a lot of times I let it get in my head," the reality star told People. "That starts to have an impact on how I think about myself. But recently, I'm embracing what I'm seeing. I don't look at a number, I don't step on a scale. It's just about how I feel."

Savannah isn't the only one physically preparing for the big day. She says that she turns to her fiancé for support-and they're completely on the same page.

"When it comes to eating healthy, [Nic and I] kind of made a pact," she said. "We're going to keep each other accountable and have a healthy lifestyle."
