Chris Pratt's Wife Katherine Has Only Seen One of His Films

Chris Pratt might star in one of the biggest superhero movie franchises in the galaxy, but his wife, Katherine Schwarzenegger, is more impressed with his work in the romantic comedy genre.

Schwarzenegger, 33, recently accompanied her husband for the premiere of his latest film, Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3, even though one of his much older—and more romantic—films is much more her speed.

While walking the red carpet in New York City on Wednesday, May 3, Pratt, 43, revealed that his wife has a particular fondness for his performance in the 2009 rom-com Bride Wars, co-starring Kate Hudson and Anne Hathaway.

"Her favorite movie is Bride Wars," Pratt told People. "Katherine is a huge fan of Bride Wars. She calls that 'true cinema.'"

"I think that might be one of the only movies of mine she's seen," he quipped.

But it's likely that the Super Mario Bros. Movie star was just joking around, or not giving his wife enough credit about her experience with his filmography, as she just recently gushed with pride over his new Guardians of the Galaxy film releasing this month.

"Proudest wifey alert!" she wrote in an Instagram post, alongside some photos from the film's premiere in Hollywood, Calif. last week, proving that she has in fact seen some of his work in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

"Laughed and cried last [night] and watched my husband in awe of his journey with this amazing movie and group of people who all have such deep love and respect for one another," she wrote. "Such a beautiful thing to see."

"This movie is exceptional," she concluded, noting that she "can't wait" for everyone to see it.

Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 releases in theaters on Friday, May 5.
