Chris Hemsworth Shows Off His Core Routine In New Muscle-Filled Workout Shots

Now you, too, can be ripped like Thor.

If you've ever wished you looked a little more like Chris Hemsworth, now's your chance.

The buffest Avenger is giving a little insight into part of his workout routine in a new Instagram post, showing off his "full core circuit" alongside a series of example photos as he encourages fans to "Get up. Get outside. Take in the fresh air and get some work in."

In the first photo, the Thor actor stands before a dark gray-washed wood wall, clasping his hands like any good fitness instructor would at the beginning of a workout video. He wears a black tank, showing off his ripped arms in the process.

Next is an action shot of Hemsworth doing the first step in the routine—20 reps of cross-body mountain climbers—as the sun shines brightly on the green lawn, a lush green landscape in the background.

He also shows off kick sits (20 reps), bicycle sit-ups (20 reps), and flutter kicks (20 reps)—suggesting a 20-second rest period before repeating three more times—making everything look easy.

A few fans were grateful for the encouragement, with one writing, "Thank you for this , Chris !!! You are a constant reminder on how important it is to implement fitness in our daily routine . It really doesn’t take much time and effort and well worth the results . 😊"

Most, however, didn't feel confident in their endurance.

"totally not doing the work out but appreciate the view 😆," one candidly admitted.

"not me gasping for air after walking up a flight of stairs..." Facebook's social media manager commiserated with the majority.

"I’m sweating just watching!!!😂😂😂😂," another wrote, with someone else joking, "I was able to exceed the rest portion. 😳."

And to that last one's credit, rest is equally as important!
