Chris Evans Snuggles His Pup in Cute Instagram Post for National Dog Day
Happy National Dog Day from Chris Evans and Dodger!
It's National Dog Day, and our favorite American icon, Chris Evans, is celebrating the occasion with his own pup.
The Gray Man actor took to Instagram earlier today, Friday, Aug. 26, to share some sweet photos of his furriest friend, Dodger, cuddling close and melting hearts in the process.
"In my house, every day is #internationaldogday," he captioned the photo set, which also featured two cute photographs of Dodger appearing to beg underneath the dining table, his paws propped up on Evans' lap.
"i'm so weak," the MTV Instagram account commented on behalf of all of us. At this point, Dodger may be more famous than his Avenger father.
According to E! News, Evans adopted Dodger six years ago. He was filming a scene in a shelter in Savannah, GA, with no intention of becoming a dog dad, but you know what they say: when you know, you know! Since then, Dodger has been the star of Evans' Instagram account.
The Knives Out star also included the tags "#thinkjinx" and "#partneredwithjinx" in the National Dog Day caption, referencing a dog food brand he and Dodger recently partnered with.
Jinx shared Evans' photos on their own account, writing, "PROTECT THEM AT ALL COSTS🙏" across the photos. "No better way to celebrate #internationaldogday than with family 🙌," they captioned the repost.
