Chips Ahoy! Has New Cookies That Are Filled With Reese’s Mini Pieces
Do the people at Nabisco ever take a break? Not only did they just release a new Nutter Butter cookie and are constantly gracing us with new Oreo cookies, but now we have new Chips Ahoy! ones to dive into. Say hello to Chips Ahoy! Reese’s Mini Pieces cookies!
There’s no mystery here, because these cookies are exactly what they sound like. They’re filled with Reese’s Mini Pieces, so you’ll see orange, yellow, and brown candies throughout the cookies. The packaging, as seen in a photo from Instagram account @fueledbymunchies, shows peanut butter chips, so it looks like Chips Ahoy! is making sure we’re not left wanting more peanut butter flavor.
Chips Ahoy! has used Reese’s in its cookies many times, but in different forms. There are the chocolate chip ones and double chocolate chip ones with Reese’s Cup pieces, as well as Chewy chocolate chip ones and Chewy double chocolate chip ones with Reese’s Cup pieces. However, these new Chips Ahoy! Reese’s Mini Pieces cookies don’t appear to have any chocolate chips in them, so they really are for peanut butter lovers.
Now that we think about, it’s surprising that there haven’t been cookies with Reese’s Pieces in them before. But let’s not dwell on the past, because all that matters is that we have them now.
There hasn’t been an official announcement on when the Chips Ahoy! Reese’s Mini Pieces are rolling out on shelves, but since at least one person has posted a picture of them in the flesh, we’re taking it as a sign that it won’t be much longer until the cookies are in our shopping carts and into our stomachs!
