Ingredients

  • 1 extra-virgin olive oil

  • 1 large onion, chopped

  • 2 1/2 ground cumin

  • 2 chopped fresh oregano, plus leaves for garnish

  • 2 1.3-lb. packages ground turkey

  • 2 canned chipotle chiles in adobo, chopped (about 1 1/2 Tbsp.)

  • 3 canned no-salt-added chopped tomatoes

  • 1 1/2 coarse salt

  • 2 coarsely ground black pepper

Directions
