Chipotle Has an Asian Food Chain You Might Not Even Know About
When most people hear Chipotle, they think of burritos. Whether you're getting it in a bowl or wrapped up in a tortilla, burritos are Chipotle's signature item. But recently the chain has been moving away from Mexican cuisine and broadening its horizons to other food types, like burgers, pizza, and even Asian food. It can't escape what it's associated with, though, and diners at ShopHouse Southeast Asian Kitchen, Chipotle's new Asian-themed restaurant, have been asking for their meals in burrito form.

When customers began bringing in tortillas from a close by Chipotle locations into ShopHouse and asking for their food to be wrapped up (get it?) like a burrito, the restaurant decided to start testing wraps at some of its locations, according to Nation's Restaurant News.

Using the same tortillas as Chipotle, wraps are now available on the ShopHouse menu in D.C., Chicago, and Los Angeles. Normally, the menu only gives customers the option of building an Asian bowl over rice, noodles, or salad, topped with different proteins, veggies, and sauces.
