Chip and Joanna Gaines Will Be the Celebrity Guest Pickers on ESPN's College GameDay Tomorrow

You're a Southerner. We're guessing you love college football. We're also guessing you love Texas-based power couple, Chip and Joanna Gaines. This weekend, Waco's beloved duo are headed to a network beyond HGTV and their upcoming Magnolia TV station.

Rather than renovating houses, Chip and Jo will be Fixer Uppin' football by serving as celebrity "guest pickers" on ESPN's College GameDay road show this Saturday, November 16th. The Emmy Award-winning show will set up shop in Waco, in advance of Saturday night’s hotly-anticipated game between the #12-ranked Baylor Bears and the #10-ranked Oklahoma Sooners. In their roles as guest pickers, the couple will appear on the show alongside host Rece Davis, and analysts Kirk Herbstreit, Desmond Howard, and Lee Corso, to pick who will win approximately 10 college football games on Saturday.

Previous celebrity guest pickers this year have included Matt McConaughey, Gabrielle Union, Dwyane Wade, and Eric Church. As Baylor grads, we know that Chip and Jo will be rooting for their beloved Baylor Bears, but we're also excited to see what their other selections will be.

In a response to a Tweet from host Rece Davis seeing if the couple was up to the task of serving as guest pickers, Chip enthusiastically replied, "Umm.. I’m trying to play hard to get here.. but YESSSSS!!! @joannagaines and I are IN! See you and the crew on the banks of the Brazos!"

Okay, and we're maybe, possibly, definitely also excited to see what Joanna wears for the game-day fun. Perhaps it will give us some fall tailgating wardrobe inspiration. Be sure to tune in to ESPN at 9:00 a.m. ET tomorrow, fellow football fans.
