Chip and Joanna Gaines are marking 10 years of Fixer Upper home renovation projects with a new flip: a mid-century modern lake house near Lake Waco.

Fixer Upper: The Lakehouse will air starting on June 2 on the Magnolia Network and HGTV, the original home of the Fixer Upper franchise. The six-episode series will air for three weeks of double premieres, streaming the same day on Max and discovery+.

It's hard to believe we've been watching Chip and Joanna Gaines tackle fixer uppers and embrace the modern farmhouse aesthetic for 10 years. Fixer Upper moved from HGTV to their rebranded Magnolia Network in 2021. Magnolia has recently aired seasons of Fixer Upper that feature a century-old castle and a roaring '20s hotel. (Fans can still tour the castle on select dates—it's the only property currently offering tours. But you can also get a peek at the recently opened Hotel 1928 by staying there.)

“When Fixer Upper premiered ten years ago, we couldn’t have imagined the journey we had ahead of us. Though a lot has changed and evolved in the decade between then and now, our love for home is still at the heart of everything we do,” Chip and Joanna Gaines stated in a press release. “We feel honored that we get to continue pouring into the stories of these homes across Waco, and we’re excited to share our latest project with you this summer with Fixer Upper: The Lakehouse.”

However they choose to transform their modern lake house, they're sure to set some new design trends.
