Chick-fil-A Employees Insist on Changing Customer’s Tire After It Goes Flat in Drive-Thru

If he had been anywhere else, Brian Hall having his tire mysteriously go flat would have been a much worse experience.

Luckily, Hall was at the drive-thru of a Chick fil-A in East Ridge, Tennessee, when one of the back tires on his truck failed him a few weeks ago. When employees of the famously hospitable restaurant chain noticed, they jumped into action—with pleasure.

“Bunch of saints over at the Chick-fil-A in East Ridge,” Hall wrote alongside a photo (below) of two employees switching out his tire on Facebook. “My tire somehow went flat in the drive through [sic] so they rushed out to replace it for me with their hydraulic jack.”

In addition to replacing his tire, the Chick fil-A employees also made sure that Hall’s food was still hot when he left.

“They brought my food out to me then after it was done replaced my food with new fresh food so it wouldn't be cold and put two cookies in there for free!” he recalled in the now-viral post. “Those people are truly doing the Lord's work over there!”

Later, Hall spoke to Fox News about his above-and-beyond fast food experience.

“They rushed out when they saw what happened and wouldn't let me do a thing. I am a carpenter and work with my hands a lot, so it was a little funny letting other people do that for me, but they insisted,” he said. “Their kindness was overwhelming in the middle of a somewhat awkward situation.”
