These CHIC Fall Bag Trends Have Me Bowing Down

The fashion gods have decided we're saying goodbye to quiet luxury—at least for a lil bit—and we're making the glam loud and proud. But also v cool and unexpected! This season, we saw the return of east-to-west bags (more on that later), wristlets (remember those?!), and we're getting a lil indulgent with metal-handle bags (just you wait and see). Also on the runways, across fashion, shoes, and bags? Leopard print and lots of it. The east-to-west bag (essentially a long, rectangle shaped bag) is having a resurgence this season. These bags were everywhere on the runways, from Proenza to Gucci.

This season, it is all about metal details in our handles. In particular, we're going circular with the silhouette. I had my sights on them, especially watching the Alaia and Chloe shows.
Leopard Print Designs
Leopard print is a prominent trend for both clothing and accessories for fall 2024. And, don't forget, it can really be paired with anything—it IS a neutral, after all!

Remember these from the early aughts? Well, they're back. And, looks like the new take on them means we've got ourselves a practical bag for a night out! I, for one, am very excited for this comeback story.
