Mondelez Global LLC has recalled 13-ounce packages of Chewy Chips Ahoy cookies. The products may contain “an unexpected solidified ingredient,” according to a press release from the company.

The report also stated that “adverse health effects” have been reported. No further information is known about the nature of the unexpected ingredients.

The recall affects the following products: 13-ounce Chips Ahoy Chewy Cookie cookies with UPC 044000032234. The “best when used by” dates, located on the top left side of the package, are:

  • September 7, 2019

  • September 8, 2019

  • September 14, 2019

  • September 15, 2019
