Chevy Tahoe RST Performance Edition revealed
The 2023 Chevy Tahoe RST Performance Edition combines the biggest engine available for the Tahoe with upgrades from the Tahoe police SUV for the best performing option in the line-up. It makes 433 horsepower and 467 pound-feet of torque from the naturally aspirated 6.2-liter V8. The suspension gets the springs, shock tuning and anti-roll bar from the police vehicle for better handling. The brakes include Brembo calipers and have 25% larger rotors. Chevy says the Tahoe RST Performance Edition will reach 60 mph in 5.78 seconds with a top speed of 124 mph. It will also stop from 60 in 133 feet. The package costs $8,525 over the base price of a Tahoe RST, and it goes into production later this year.
