Long lines at their newest Italian eatery Jon & Vinny's are a tip that L.A. restaurant duo Jon Shook and Vinny Dotolo are doing something right--like, pretty much everything. Although barely a year old, the mod pizza spot has already established itself a celebrity hotbed, counting the likes of Kendall Jenner and Gwyneth Paltrow as devout fans.
What sets the stage for their new joint's success, though, is undoubtedly the atmosphere, specifically their genre-spanning playlists. "You look over at a table and people are singing like they're lost in it," Shook recently told InStyle in our February issue, where we chatted with the chefs about everything from kitchen essentials to their perfect last meal.
