Some boxes of Cheese Nips are being recalled due to the potential presence of plastic from a food scraper. No one has been injured or fallen ill because of the products, and the boxes that are possibly affected have expiration dates in May 2020. When Twitter caught wind of this recall, people were confused because, well, do people still even eat Cheese Nips?

We all have our own preference when it comes to cheesy, bite-sized snacks, and it seems like the overwhelming majority would opt for Cheez-Its over Cheese Nips. Yet of course, because the internet loves being divided over just about everything—memes, cheese snack slander, and opinions were being posted left and right. Let's take a gander, shall we?

Many people were saying they honestly forgot that Cheese Nips were even a thing, because that's how strong their loyalty to Cheez-Its is. Some tweeted that the recall news was NBD since no one eats Cheese Nips anyway. Seriously, people were brutal.

On the other hand, there were some with the opinion that Cheese Nips are better and more flavorful. Even with the current recall, Cheese Nips fans still stand by their cheesy snack of choice.

And because people on the internet cannot let us see peace, someone had to bring a third cheesy treat into the mix: Goldfish crackers. In my opinion, this is just an unfair comparison. Next to Goldfish, Cheez-Its AND Cheese Nips both don't stand a chance.

So in case you were wondering what people on the world wide web are fighting about today, this is it. I guess people take their cheesy bites very seriously—and, hey, to each her own.
