Cheers to That: Delta Is Now Offering Free Prosecco on International Flights
International travel can be a drag. First, there's the uncomfortable seats, then the almost nonexistent legroom and finally, the microwaved food. But Delta is making the trek a little more bearable by now offering free Prosecco to all passengers (yep, even those of us in coach) on all its international flights.
That's right: Now you can sit back, relax and sip on some bubbly all the way from LaGuardia to Heathrow for free.
While complimentary red wine, white wine and beer were standard for all of Delta's international flights, the addition of the sparkling wine feels a bit more...er, elevated (keep climbing, Delta). Even if we're not sitting in first class, it's nice to know we can still pop the bubbly if we're so inclined.
Free booze on a 16-hour flight to Hong Kong? Now that's a cause for celebration.
