If you've been anticipating Lifetime's annual Christmas movie programming, we have good news: The wait is over! The countdown to the holidays on Lifetime has officially begun, kicking off with 13 new Christmas movies beginning on November 18.

Charmingly known as "It's a Wonderful Lifetime," the channel's Christmas movie program is filled with all the holiday cheer you expect — think mistletoe, twinkling lights, jingle bells and all your favorite actors — but there are also some surprises that are sure to keep you watching. So get cozy and sit back with a cup of hot cocoa and your favorite blanket — 'tis the season for Lifetime Christmas movies, and we have everything you need to know!

1. Christmas Plus One

Christmas Plus One is the story of two sisters, Cara (Emily Alatalo) and Amy (Vanessa Smythe) who make a pact to find their respective soulmates by next Christmas.

One year later, Amy’s winter wedding is fast approaching and Cara finds her own perfect man, Chase (Andrew Bushell), who agrees to attend as her plus one. Unfortunately, Cara loses Chase’s number. Will she find the digits in time to save her date? Or could the appearance of Michael, a handsome magazine writer (Corey Sevier), lead to a love connection?

Remember Planes, Trains and Automobiles, the delightful '80s holiday movie starring Steve Martin and John Candy? Planes, Trains, and Christmas Trees offers a fresh take on the classic, pairing up event planner Kayley (Kathryn Davis) and sports agent Brett (Olivier Renaud), two individuals who find themselves unable to fly home for the holidays due to a terrible snowstorm.

Undeterred by the crimp in their plans, Kayley and Brett team up and try to make their own way back home to New York on Christmas Eve — but the weather outside is frightful, so the two seek refuge in the small town of Redwood, Ohio, where Christmas magic just might get the best of them.

Planes, Trains, and Christmas Trees premieres on Lifetime November 19.

3. Christmas at the Chalet

Ex-TV host and socialite Lex (Teri Hatcher) finds herself faced with the awkward scenario of spending Christmas sharing a luxury chalet with her son and her ex-husband and his new girlfriend. Yikes!

To avoid too much “family” time, Lex volunteers to work in the chalet while documenting her every move for a new wave of followers, and she soon meets Eric (William DeVry), a new romantic prospect.

Christmas at the Chalet premieres on Lifetime November 25.

4. Laughing All the Way

Mix Christmas cheer with comedy and you have Laughing All the Way. Aspiring comedian and ghostwriter Aubri (Paniz Zade) is tasked with taking charge of a Christmas variety show, and finds herself at a crossroads that could make or break her career.

Challenges arise in finding the perfect headliner for the event, until famous Hollywood comedian Mike Baxter (Jake Epstein) returns to the comedy club that launched his very successful career. Mike finds his comedy roots, Aubri finds her inner funny girl talent and the two fall hopelessly in love — you guessed it — laughing all the way.

Five glamorous '80s soap opera stars reunite to share the spotlight for the final episode of their long-running daytime drama... what could possibly go wrong?

This delicious Christmas feast stars '80s icons Loni Anderson, Morgan Fairchild, Linda Gray, Donna Mills and Nicollette Sheriden as stars forced to divvy up the limelight — until old rivalries resurface and threaten to tear the whole production to shreds. The show is almost cancelled before it ever begins when diva behavior becomes center stage, but ultimately, the ladies of the '80s discover that there is still love amongst them.

"This was such a wonderful project," Donna Mills told FIRST for Women. Not only does Donna get a fabulous role, her real-life daughter, Chloe, plays her daughter onscreen — aww!

6. Mistletoe Match

The very successful Secret Santa for Singles event is underway, with a cynical writer, Olivia (Elena Juatco), going undercover to provide her readers with a snarky look at this popular party.

Once Olivia attends the holiday celebration, she just so happens to find a match in Thomas (Ryan Bruce), a handsome widower and single dad. The two seem destined for romance, but Olivia has to ask herself if her career advancement is more important than true love.

Mistletoe Match premieres on Lifetime December 3.

7. Silent Night, Fatal Night

Like your Christmas movies with a dose of mystery? Then you'll love Silent Night, Fatal Night! Mallory (Alex Camacho) is one of the best-selling mystery writers on the market. Against the wishes of her manager, Michael (Matthew Pohlkamp), she’s decided to end her long-running detective franchise and focus on more personal matters.

Desperate for a big payday, Michael kidnaps Mallory and convinces the world that she passed away. He then forces her to write a new "posthumous" novel, leaving Mallory to spend the holidays writing her most thrilling story yet — her own escape.

A gender-swapped take on the classic Stephen King movie Misery, Silent Night, Fatal Night is different from the other Lifetime Christmas movies in this list, but it's sure to be just the thing if you're looking for seasonal scares.

It’s a week before Christmas and a big business deal sends Lexie (Jana Kramer), a real estate firm’s reliable pro, back to her hometown of Tubac, Arizona — a place she swore she would never set her stiletto-clad foot in again.

Once back on the range, Lexi tries to convince Coby (Adam Senn), a horse-whispering rancher, to part ways with his family’s land. At the same time, she has to navigate the family relationships that she left in the dust and reconsider the life she left behind 10 years ago.

Lifetime talent Sarah Drew wrote the script for the movie when she finished shooting a Western and became excited about the idea of Westerns and Christmas movies coming together. Yellowstone fans are going to love this one!

Christmas stars Lifetime fave Tia Mowry as Alicia, a culinary school instructor who has put both her career dreams and personal life on hold. But wait! This holiday season, fate is on her side when she’s invited to compete in the city’s annual Christmas cook-off and learns a family secret that could change everything.

Alicia's mentor for the competition is a fiery chef, Logan (Luke Humphrey), and despite a rocky first meeting, the two find a real connection — but can she win the cook-off and become a respected chef like her former boss, Bobby (Buddy Valastro)? Many of you know Buddy Valastro from the reality show Cake Boss, and this movie marks his acting debut!

Tatyana Ali plays travel columnist Sonny, who is forced to team up with her ex-boyfriend, Kip (Jesse Kove), to help their best friends, Bree and Jarod, get engaged. The four return to Sonny’s parents’ snowy chalet and partake in twelve holiday traditions that are celebrated around the world in order to nudge Jarod to ask Bree to marry.

The proposal plan doesn’t just reignite the love between the engaged couple — it just might lead Sonny and Kip to rekindle their long-dormant relationship.

11. A Christmas Intern

Following her retirement, Cecilia (Jackée Harry) starts feeling adrift, so just in time for the holidays she decides to make a surprise visit to her daughter Alexis (Ciarra Carter), who runs “Cyber Santa," an online gift-giving business.

Hoping to spend Christmas with her daughter and get out of her retirement funk, Cecilia becomes an intern at the start-up company, and mother and daughter learn the importance of family during this wonderful time of year.

12. Merry Magic Christmas

Financial advisor Beth (Patricia Isaac) keeps seeing a recurring angel number that might help make her heart’s secret wish come true.

As Christmas nears, Beth takes on a pro-bono financial case for the local children’s theater and meets Nate (Andrew Dunbar), who knows almost nothing about finance. Nate's inexperience might cause the theater to shut down, and the unlikely pair must work together to raise money for the theater, and possibly find love along the way.

Merry Magic Christmas premieres on Lifetime December 17.

13. Mom's Christmas Boyfriend

In this sweet family tale, Lily (Ai Barrett), a precocious 10-year-old, enters a writing contest regarding her Christmas wish. She wishes for her single adoptive mom, Emma (Jeananne Goossen), to find love.

After winning the contest, will Lily find her Christmas wish granted with a new dad? You'll have to watch to find out!
