At the end of a long day, sometimes the best way to feel like you're living your best life is with some comfy PJ's, a glass of wine, and gratuitous reality television. In our series "Not-So-Guilty Pleasures," we remove the "guilt" and break down the latest happenings in your favorite TV indulgences.

  • The trailer for season eight of Million Dollar Listing New York includes the introduction of a new broker and the arrival of an old one.

  • Season eight premieres on Thursday, August 1 at 9 p.m. ET.

Some of the biggest real estate brokers in N.Y.C. are back on Million Dollar Listing New York. Season eight premieres on Thursday, August 1 at 9 p.m. ET with a 90-minute special episode.

If you're not familiar, the show gives viewers a peak at jaw-dropping multimillion dollar properties in New York through the eyes of real estate brokers Fredrik Eklund, Ryan Serhant, and Steve Gold. We also get to how their personal lives unfold as they are trying to stay on top of the market.

Last time we saw Fredrik, he had just welcomed twins Milla and Fredrik Jr. via surrogate with husband Derek Kaplan. Ryan was kicking ass with a bigger team in Brooklyn, and Steve built a team of agents that worked for him until he was let go.

In season eight, fans will see the brokers struggle to sell as the real estate market continues to drop. Here's everything we know about the episodes to come.

When does season eight of Million Dollar Listing New York premiere?

In June, Bravo released the official trailer for the new season and revealed it is coming back on Thursday, August 1 at 9 p.m. ET.

If Luis D. Ortiz looks familiar, it's because he's been on and off on the show since season two. He officially exited the series after season six but is back in full force in season eight.

The Puerto Rican native has returned from a sabbatical in Europe to get back into the real estate market.

The new cast member joining the team? Tyler Whitman—and based on the trailer above, he's going to be rubbing Frederik and Ryan the wrong way.

If the trailer is any indiction of what's to come, all of the brokers will be struggling to make sales since the real estate market in New York isn't so hot.

Viewers will get to see Frederik settling into fatherhood as he celebrates his twins' first birthday. During the season, we will also see him contemplate moving to the West Coast, which he actually did on July 9th, according to his Instagram.

Yesterday we moved to Los Angeles. I was a bit emotional seeing the kids so excited to get on the flight. We got to the new house in Beverly Hills and ordered sushi by the pool watching the incredible sunset over the city below. Moving a family with toddlers isn’t easy, but spending more time in California while expanding the business here’s something we’ve talked about for years. You’ll be able to follow our journey on MDLNY this season. The kids and Derek will be here full time and I’ll be going back and forth between LA, NY and even Miami overseeing the teams. I guess I do love airplanes and travel lol. We’ve grown the team to 64 people between the 3 cities. We’ve had some really big, exciting hires lately and have no plans to stop growing. Today I land running with pitches and the first VIP Top Broker event for an epic new development I’m heading up sales at in West Hollywood - I’m honored to be part of it (more on that very soon). LA has some of the world’s most exciting new development projects coming - vertical living is finally happening here. I’m already back in NY next week. But you can imagine the butterflies I have right now: this weekend we’ll take the kids to the beach for the first time, I went hiking this morning. I’m so grateful for the warm welcome here - at the same time I want to make crystal clear that my business in NY is going to expand with me very present. NY is the city that welcomed me first and gave me the platform to grow the business that allowed me to fulfill a lifelong dream of also be in LA. John and Julia my partners and extended family have their feet firmly planted in NY with the incredible team there. As you probably can tell, I’m so excited to share all of this with you. Love /Freddy

Fans will also get to see Frederik and Derek contemplate the move on the show. Since Bravo already has a Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles, we wouldn't be surprised if he joins that cast, although he did admit he will be going back and forth between LA and NY.

Since Ryan joined the show, we saw him get married to longtime girlfriend Emilia Bechrakis Serhant. Viewers also saw the couple struggle to conceive a baby, eventually choosing to try IVF.

In the season eight premiere, we will finally see that Emilia is pregnant and the couple is expecting a baby girl who they will name Zena—an ode to Emilia's Greek roots.

And you know who else is joining Ryan and Frederik in the fatherhood club? Steve! He and his girlfriend, Luiza Gawlowska, welcomed daughter Rose Gold in June.

Fans will see the beginning of Steve and Luiza's relationship in season eight, so it's unclear if there will be any mention of her pregnancy on the show.

After taking some time off, Luis is coming back to Million Dollar Listing New York and is ready to start selling again. Before he gets fully settled though, Luis will have to deal with residual feelings his former assistant Ronita Kalra has about the time they worked together.

As mentioned above, viewers will also be introduced to Tyler as he comes onto the scene and tries to cause some disruption among the rest of the agents.
