“Securing third place in this competition is a phenomenal achievement for our city,” Taylor Hartman, Director of Marketing and Communications for Visit Ogden, said. “It reflects the hard work and passion of our community in preserving the unique character and welcoming atmosphere of 25th Street.”

The competition, which featured nominations from main streets across the United States, highlighted the importance of community support in showcasing local landmarks.

Historic 25th Street, known for its eclectic mix of shops, restaurants, and cultural venues, reportedly stood out as a prime example of a successful community-driven revitalization and engagement, the release states.

Additionally, the release states community members, city officials, Ogden residents, and fans made the securing of third place possible.

“We saw the community come together to support 25th Street and show the world how special it is,” Hartman said. “It’s inspiring to watch people band together to celebrate and vote for their home.”

With this placement, Visit Ogden said it will continue to build its reputation as a top destination for both visitors and residents looking to experience “the best of what Utah has to offer.”

“The recognition from USA TODAY not only celebrates the city’s past efforts but also encourages future initiatives to maintain and enhance the vibrancy of Ogden’s main street,” the release states.
