Champaign-Urbana Kiwanis sets annual pancake-and-sausage fundraiser May 18

May 10—CHAMPAIGN — The Champaign-Urbana Kiwanis Club is set to hold its annual all-you-can-eat pancake-and-sausage breakfast from 8 to 11 a.m. May 18 at Bromley Hall, 910 S. Third St.

Tickets are $7 each, with children under 3 eating for free. They can be bought at the door or ahead of time by contacting Marianne Downey at 217-417-4305 or . Downey said tickets can also be bought by scanning a QR code on the group's .

The event will include a silent auction with several prizes, including $100 in cash. Auction tickets will be available at the breakfast.

All proceeds from the event go to Kiwanis' youth projects, such as preschool literacy, C-U Little League, Tom Jones Challenger League baseball, Shaul College Scholarships and Kiwanis Little Free Libraries.

There will be ample free parking available as students will not be on campus, organizers said.
