The Coronation is in just a few short weeks (Saturday, May 6, to be exact) and apparently King Charles is busy trying to book some last minute talent to perform at his big party. And...the man is struggling. As in, the palace has allegedly reached out to a ton of A-list talent from the United Kingdom, and pretty much everyone has turned them down, womp.

The Mirror reports that organizers of the coronation had thought the Windsor Castle concert would be a "very easy sell," but have been "met by a number of rejections" from the talent they've reached out to. That includes: Sir Elton John, the Spice Girls, Harry Styles, Ed Sheeran, Adele, and Robbie Williams—all of whom have allegedly said no due to their "jam packed schedules."

TBD on who the palace ends up booking, but good luck to them!

Oh, and also likely not attending? That would be Meghan Markle and Prince Harry. The royal couple are said to be invited to King Charles' big day amid ongoing tension with the royal family (no one is talking post-Spare), and according to The Mirror they'll show up under one condition. That the vibes aren't "toxic."

"Harry has been very clear and his position hasn’t wavered – he isn’t going to come if he feels the atmosphere will be as toxic as it was during the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee and funeral," a source said. "He's said he wants to reconcile with his family and it’s their call, but so far nothing has changed."

Noted! Guess we'll just have to wait and see if Harry—or frankly any other high profile person on the guest list—shows up to this thing.
