Celebrities React to Britney Spears' Shocking Conservatorship Testimony

On June 23, 2021, Britney Spears finally addressed the court during a conservatorship hearing. Fans and friends of the singer, including many celebrities, chimed in with messages of support after Britney revealed shocking details of her conservatorship in an attempt to end the 13-year legal arrangement that kept her father Jamie Spears in control of her finances and professional and personal life.
During the hearing, Britney requested the end of her conservatorship, calling it “abusive” and revealing that under the arrangement, she's been unable to do anything she wants, including getting married, going for a car ride with her boyfriend, and even removing her IUD. In response to Britney’s shocking and heartbreaking testimony, many celebrities are sharing messages of support for the singer on social media. Here's what they had to say.
